After placing your order, our designer will design or lay out your personalization and send you a proof within 24hr during business days.
Molten Glass
Molten glass is a molded clear glass product without lead content. A mixture of sand, recycled glass and other materials are used to create molten glass products with a shaping mould. Variation in color, size and shape is inherent. In a melted state after the ingredients have been combined at a high temperature and liquefy the batch, it is then allowed to cool until it is plastic and shapeable. Bubbles and flow lines are considered acceptable.

Personalization Method: Pre-Designed Art
Pre-designed artwork illustrated on the product image will be engraved/imprinted on the item as shown. You are able to personalize the text located in the text boxes and select your preferred font style.
Free Standard Personalization
- You are able to upload your logo/artwork or choose from our Clipart Library and enter your own texts before Checkout unless "Not Engravable", "Pre-etched" or "Pre-designed" is mentioned. No limitation on texts as long as it fits on the imprint area. First logo per piece in high resolution vector art format or from our Clipart library is Free. Each piece in your cart can be personalized with different logo/artwork and text.

Custom Personalization
We can accommodate most custom artwork designs and engraving requests (Additional artwork charges are applicable). Simply select the "Additional Custom Options / Gift Message" in the Personalization Template on Shopping Cart page. Learn more about our Custom Personalization.
Optional Personalization
- Prices are marked for a Blank SKU without personalization.
- Optional personalization is available at an additional charge, if applicable (as shown on the product image). Logo only: $10/pc; Logo + Text: $15/pc; Text only: $8/pc
- Once you submit your order inquiry, we will email you back a price quote, including a summary of the additional personalization option costs and shipping/tax charges. Once you submit your payment, we will provide a free artwork proof with up to 3 revisions, pending your approval before we proceed with engraving production.
- Logo file is required in a high resolution graphic format of .PDF, .AI or .EPS at 300dpi or higher. Any other artwork format will incur a $30 conversion fee. No photograph image may be engraved.
- Text can be provided in the email body or attached with Word/Excel/PDF file. Character limit is provided in the Product Details tab of each SKU. Our in-house design team will use the default font, which is shown on the Standard Artwork Template reference image, to design your layout accordingly, in addition to any logo you provide.
- Your free artwork proof will be available within 24 hours (during business days, M-F) after full payment is submitted.
- Your order will ship within 2-3 business days after artwork approval, unless otherwise noted.
