We offer FREE engraving and artwork proofs when you select our "Standard Personalization" option during your check out. This service includes one logo/artwork and as many lines of text that can reasonably fit on our standard layout template for each product using minimum font size of 12pt. We illustrate a pre-designed layout template on each product page to provide you the exact idea of how your logo and text will be engraved.
After you checkout your order, an artwork proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours. We provide up to three proof revisions per your request. Your final proof approval is required to begin our engraving production. You may also choose waived approval option to begin production. We guarantee to ship out your order within 48 hours after your artwork approval, unless otherwise noted (business days only).
How to submit my company logo and personalized message?
Step 1: Select number of quantity and add the item(s) to the Shopping Cart from product detail page.
Step 2: Continue to the Personalization page. Choose the "Standard Personalization" option, upload your logo image (upload of logo is optional) or select from our Free Artworks and simply fill in your message in the text boxes, illustrated on our standard artwork layout template OR you may checkout the order first and then email your logo file to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number in the email subject line. That's it! You're DONE!
What kind of logo/ artwork file format is accepted?
Logo artwork must be submitted in file formats that are acceptable for the graphics industry. These include all vector file types of .pdf .cdr .eps or .ai in sharp, black and white line art. Simply saving bitmap files with these file extensions is not acceptable. They need to be real vector files. Jpegs and .gif file formats are too low in quality for internet bitmap files, and generally would require some time to clean up the logo. However, we can generally take any file formats available. If additional time is required to convert your file or clean up the logo artwork, $30 one time artwork charge may be applied. You will be contacted for prior approval for any additional charges. What will the engraving/graphics look like?
Just about any award or product can be personalized with your desired logo, sayings, words and names. According to our standard artwork layout template, our graphic artists will get the texts and logo you entered and position it into an esthetic manner. If you require specific font type for your message/text, please specify it on the "Additional Notes" box on the Personalization page before checking out the order.
How will my company logo and personalized message be engraved?
Most of our high quality Optical Crystal and Glass products are engraved using a Sandblasting method. This method has proven best when engraving these types of materials and requires skilled intensive labor. Sandblast engraving provides a deeper etch and sharp engraved lines, which gives these materials a more memorable impression.
Our Wooden Wall Plaque Series, Acrylic Lucite and selected glass products are Laser engraved. This engraving method creates a sharp lines and details defined on logos and text on the various suitable product materials.
