Our website is highly secured and user friendly. You will be able to upload your logo and enter your text during checkout. Click to see the tutorial video.
Email
You may email your order to service@crystalplus.com. Just include the item SKU numbers, order quantity, bill to/ship to address. Please attach your logo/artwork file and type the text in the email body for each item or quantity - if different. Our friendly customer service will contact you for payment authorization to submit the order offline on your behalf.

If we happen to miss your call due to the high volume of calls, please leave your message and we will call you back shortly.
What's Next?
- You will receive a personalization artwork proof for your approval.
- You will need to submit a final proof approval to start personalization production. Or if you have waived the proof, no further action is needed. We will begin production right away.
- Free Standard Personalization requires at least 48 hours for production. Production time for custom personalization will be determined once we produce your custom engraving artwork.
- A Shipment Confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
