Material: Mouth Blown Glass
The most basic method of glass design, mouth blowing is the first and original method for working with the glass. The mouth blowing process requires placing heated and molten glass into a glass mold or at the end of the blowpipe, which is known as gather. The artist carefully rotates, inflates and swings the blowpipe while keeping a control on the temperature of the gather and incorporating air into the glass. This lets the glass take the intended shape or effect of the mold. Once removed from the mold, the bottom is flattened and the neck is shaped. A pontil (an iron rod used to hold or shape soft glass) is attached to the bottom and the vessel is freed from the blow pipe. The vessel is reheated and further refinements are made to the shape and form.
*Variation in color, size and shape is inherent. Bubbles & flaw marks are considered acceptable due to the nature of manufacturing process.

Payment
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. When you submit your order on our secured website, your credit card will be authorized for the grand total amount. The authorized amount will be captured when we send out your first personalization artwork proof. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, the billing address entered on order checkout must match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed.

Shipping & Return
Most orders are packaged in damage resistant boxes and are shipped with our primary carrier FedEx from California. After you approve the engraving artwork, we proceed production and ship your order within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number to track the package once we ship out your order.
Shipping
Standard shipping transit time is 5-7 days. Express shipping is also available. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping carton weight and shipping address zip code. The shipping charges for all available shipping options are provided on Shopping Cart.
Return Policy
You may return any blank items in their original condition within 14 days of the invoice date. We will not accept the return if the item has been engraved or damaged.
Packaging
All of our products are well protected in their individual gift boxes or pouches. Please refer to the thumbnail image below the main product image located on the left side of the product page. This image shows the corresponding gift packaging that is included.
In addition to the individual gift packaing, we use proper and efficient packing materials when we ship our products i.e. double boxing with either foam boards, packing peanuts or air pillows to fill the space and for added protection.
Should any damage occur during transit, simply provide a photographed proof of the damage and we will ship out a replacement immediately.
