1 Submit Order Inquiry

Enter your order quantity next to the SKU and click ‘Email Us to Order’ button. A submission form will be shown. Fill out the required information on the submission form. You may enter your desired quantities for multiple SKUs on the product page at once.

2 Price Quote Approval

Once you submit your order inquiry, we will email you back a price quote within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), including a summary of the additional personalization option costs and shipping/tax charges. Once you approve the quote, we will place the order for you and send you a secured payment link to submit your payment.

3 Submit Personalization Detail

You will email your logo file in a high resolution graphic format of .PDF, .AI or .EPS at 300dpi or higher to art@crystalplus.com with your order number on the email subject line. Text may be provided in the email body or attached in a Word/Excel/PDF file. Character limit is provided in the ‘Product Details’ tab of each SKU.

4 Artwork Proof Process

Once we receive your payment and personalization information, a free artwork proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Our in-house design team will use the default font, which is shown on the Standard Artwork Template section, to design your layout accordingly, in addition to any logo you provide. You will have up to 3 free revisions, and your proof approval is required to proceed to production.

** A 50% deposit of the grand total is required to proceed with artwork proof service; the full balance will be due 30 days after proof approval.

** Deposit is not refundable for an order cancellation. No cancellation can be granted after the proof approval is submitted.

Material

Optical Crystal

Among the finest of all crystal, our collection in made from the highest quality raw materials available resulting in absolutely clear and flawless crystal. Optical crystal is manufactured in large sheets then pressed under enormous pressure to ensure it has no bubbles or distortions. Our optical crystal awards are made from the same materials used in camera lenses, NASA telescopes and high-end visual equipment. Unlike Lead Crystal, optical crystal is lead free which is perfect for all kinds of engraving methods though we choose to sand blast, which provides the highest quality etch. Each piece is hand polished and beveled to perfection to achieve a mystical refraction. Clear, black, blue, pink, green and amber accents are also used in our Optical Crystal Awards and Gifts collection for a more contemporary design.

Personalization Method: Sandblast Etch

Etching is the roughening of a selected area by directing a high pressure, high speed stream at the surface of the glass/crystal. As the grains of abrasive hit the selected area, a "frosted" effect is produced. This imprint method gives your personalization more depth and greater dimension. Once your email order is processed, price quote is approved, and payment is submitted, you may submit your personalization details by replying directly to the order confirmation email.
