After you’ve decided on an item, enter your order quantity and add it to the cart. You can add multiple items to your cart at once and continue browsing.

2 View your cart

Go to your cart. You will see a button to personalize each item next to every SKU. You can access your cart to personalize your items at any time.

3 Proceed to personalization!

Upload your own logo, enter your own text, choose your favorite clipart from our library, or select more custom options, including Gift Message. You can save and edit the personalization at any time. When you finish, proceed to check out.

4 Artwork Proof

After placing your order, our designer will design or lay out your personalization and send you a proof within 24hr during business days.

Rush=> $50 to cut down production time for 1-2 days

*SHIPPING=> Shipping Method Upgrade; Address Change

*COLORFILL=> $6.00 per logo or texts; $12 per both logo and texts. Available colors: Silver, Gold, Royal Blue, White, Black and Red

*ARTWORK=> Custom Artwork one time fee to convert a full color logo or photo image to a B/W vector art or to create a custom artwork from scratch or when more than one logo/artwork is required on the same product.

*LOC=> $6.00 per additional engraving panel not defined on Standard Template

*SERVICE=> Order Cancellation Fee After artwork proofs are sent; 35% of order subtotal (Minimum $20 or up to Maximum $100)

*NAME=> $10 per name engraving After original order is completed. Shipping charges to ship back awards will be applied.

Typeset=> $15 per personalization layout due to outlined and non-editable art file provided

Optical Crystal

Among the finest of all crystal, our collection in made from the highest quality raw materials available resulting in absolutely clear and flawless crystal. Optical crystal is manufactured in large sheets then pressed under enormous pressure to ensure it has no bubbles or distortions. Our optical crystal awards are made from the same materials used in camera lenses, NASA telescopes and high-end visual equipment. Unlike Lead Crystal, optical crystal is lead free which is perfect for all kinds of engraving methods though we choose to sand blast, which provides the highest quality etch. Each piece is hand polished and beveled to perfection to achieve a mystical refraction. Clear, black, blue, pink, green and amber accents are also used in our Optical Crystal Awards and Gifts collection for a more contemporary design.

You are able to upload your logo/artwork or choose from our Clipart Library and enter your own texts before Checkout unless “Pre-etched” or “Pre-designed” is mentioned. No limitation on texts as long as it fits on the imprint area. First logo per piece in high resolution vector art format or from our Clipart library is Free. Each piece in your cart can be personalized with different logo/artwork and text.
