Our optical crystal awards are made from the same materials used in camera lenses, NASA telescopes and high-end visual equipment. Unlike Lead Crystal, optical crystal is lead free which is perfect for all kinds of engraving methods though we choose to sand blast, which provides the highest quality etch. Each piece is hand polished and beveled to perfection to achieve a mystical refraction. Etching is the roughening of a selected area by directing a high pressure, high speed stream at the surface of the glass/crystal. As the grains of abrasive hit the selected area, a "frosted" effect is produced. This imprint method gives your personalization more depth and greater dimension. Our agency purchased this for an employee that had 50 years of service. The crystal clock is heavy, and we had our logo with his name and years inserted as shown in the picture. Our logo is a bit more detailed than the one shown in the picture, and it came out beautifully! Even with the slight change in the wording, from the time we ordered to the time we received the shipment was less than a week (not including the weekend). Highly recommended!
We ordered this with our church's logo for a staff member's 20th anniversary with us. It came in a really nice box and it looks/feels very nice and heavy. It's a treasure! And the engraving was perfect.

Most orders are packaged in damage resistant boxes and are shipped with our primary carrier FedEx from California. After you approve the engraving artwork, we proceed production and ship your order within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. You will receive a tracking number to track the package once we ship out your order.
Standard shipping transit time is 5-7 days. Express shipping is also available. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping carton weight and shipping address zip code. The shipping charges for all available shipping options are provided on Shopping Cart.
You may return any blank items in their original condition within 14 days of the invoice date. We will not accept the return if the item has been engraved or damaged.
All of our products are well protected in their individual gift boxes or pouches. Please refer to the thumbnail image below the main product image located on the left side of the product page. This image shows the corresponding gift packaging that is included.
In addition to the individual gift packaing, we use proper and efficient packing materials when we ship our products i.e. double boxing with either foam boards, packing peanuts or air pillows to fill the space and for added protection.
Should any damage occur during transit, simply provide a photographed proof of the damage and we will ship out a replacement immediately.
